On Oct. 21 we visited a small village in a remote area. There was a very small group of Christians who were learning about the bible in a humble place.
Hacksun shared the Gospel with kids and some women in the village. It was funny because dogs gathered around us and even lay down while Hacksun shared about Holy Spirit.
We were invited to a family home and had dinner there. They made delicious tortillas and beans. They also gave us raw pecans which made us very sleepy. We had a really good time with the family.
I came back home late, probably around 11pm. And I fell asleep quickly. Then I saw a solar eclipse (or total eclipse) in my vision.
The next day, I researched “solar eclipse” and I found something amazing.
“A solar eclipse is a celestial event in which the moon passes between the sun and Earth and blocks all or part of the sun. The effect can last up to about three hours, from beginning to end, though for this eclipse, the longest period when the moon completely blocks the sun from any given location along the path will be about two minutes and 40 seconds.”

Then I found a Christian website that talks about the total eclipse on the day Jesus died on the cross.
At noon, darkness fell across the whole land until three o’clock. Then at three o’clock Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?
Mark 15:33-34 NLT
So they said the three hours of darkness right before Jesus died on the cross was a total eclipse finely calculated and planned by God. It sounds true to me.
Then why did God show me the total eclipse?
For me, I can find two meanings.
-He wanted to show me that now is the divine timing. Divine timing for where I live now Mexico. Divine timing for worldwide revival. Divine timing for our lives. And the time is planned before the creation of the world, so I cannot do anything about it.
-When Jesus died on the cross, it seemed the enemy won. However, that was the way Jesus conquered the battle. “It is finished” when Jesus died. Although the sky gets dark and the sun seems to be overshadowed by the moon, that was the sign of “It is finished.” Although the world is full of darkness and you don’t see the light right now, what actually happened is Jesus won the battle and now the game is already over.
